qc-klxn-1000-type air filter performance test systems, manufacturing standards: iso5011: 2014, qc / t32-2006, jb / t9755.5-2013. references: gmw 14908-2014. mainly used to test the basic performance of dry air cleaner assembly, comprising:

① assembly original intake resistance / pressure loss / pressure drop test;

② original filtration efficiency test;

③ assembly whole life filtration efficiency, assembly ash storage capacity / assembly test life laboratory.

test system uses dry vacuum pump system as a power source, the use of advanced sonic nozzle technology for air flow measurement system, together with computer control technology, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, pressure for the collection, has the high level of automation.

system specifications:

1、test the air volume flow range: 1nm³ / h-1000nm³ / h, accuracy of 0.5% o.r.

2、 the critical flow spray volume flow range of combinations: 1 nm³ / h-1535nm³ / h 

3、the test pressure discrepancy range: 0-10kpa, accuracy: 0.05% f.s.

4、 absolute pressure transmitter: 0 ~ 110 kpa, accuracy: 0.05% f.s.

6、 powder hopper to load the largest single amount of powder: 2000g; plus ash content changes every five minutes does not exceed 5% of the average ash content ;
